Manager Hospital Operations

Job Description

Captures and directs the operations of hospital units during off-shifts. Serves as a liaison between various stakeholders including physicians, patients, families, and staff.

Education And Credentials

• Bachelor of Science from an accredited school of Professional Nursing required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Successful completion of BLS course required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS and NALS certification preferred.

Experience

• Progressive experience in Nursing to include two (2) years as Staff Nurse and two (2) years in supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Complex decision-making processes requiring independent judgment and critical thinking.
• Able to react and perform under stress and emergency situations.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay

• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
• Salary Range: $34.84 - $47.91
• Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
