About the role

We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive Enterprise SaaS sales for large multinational organizations, with a focus on SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce. You’ll lead a high-performing team through complex sales cycles, refine our go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Strategic Alliances. This remote role reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a multi-faceted plan to grow business in Enterprise Accounts.
  • Lead an existing team while mentoring others to foster a culture of success, accountability, and goal achievement.
  • Create and execute strategies for business development and sales goal attainment.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities and providing feedback.
  • Strengthen the sales organization’s infrastructure and client outreach.
  • Confidently launch new products into existing and expanding markets.
  • Prepare internal and external monthly sales reports based on goals and metrics, monitoring the sales pipeline and leads to drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze business trends and marketplace opportunities, responding strategically.
  • Partner with the leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in a matrixed sales environment selling complex software and solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of overachieving team quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships.
  • Experience guiding a sales team during new product launches.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer interaction, and customer relations.
  • Established relationships at the C-suite level and a track record selling to enterprise customers.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate through complex opportunities.
