Manager, Enterprise Learning Consultant (Leadership & Competency)

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy for the Enterprise Competency and Leadership portfolios, maintaining relevance and quality
  • Partner with Learning Consultants to assess performance gaps in leadership curriculum
  • Translate business needs into actionable designs for internal training
  • Conduct research and improve programs for high-potential talent in collaboration with the DIPs team
  • Engage with Vendor Management to source world-class training solutions as needed
  • Curate and manage a series of leadership events annually with senior thought leaders
  • Maintain and optimize Leadership intranet resources to enhance user experience

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Learning & Development, HR, or Corporate Consulting
  • 2+ years in Program or Project Management
  • Experience with Learning Experience Platforms or website management (e.g., SharePoint, Google Sites)
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with Executive-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
