Manager, Employee Relations
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. The posting includes: "Why Work For Person Centered Services?" (intro), benefits list, job summary, essential functions (list), other duties, knowledge, skills & abilities, education & experience, maybe "Other Duties". Also "New Employee Orientation (NEO)" etc. Also "Manager, Employee Relations Job Summary". So we need to map to headings: maybe "About the role" for job summary, "Responsibilities" for essential functions, "Requirements" for knowledge, skills & abilities and education & experience, "Benefits" for benefits list, maybe "Other" for other duties? But we should only include sections with real content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include bullet lists for duties/requirements/benefits. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, click here to view full job description, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Intro: "Why Work For Person Centered Services? When you join the Person Centered Services team, you can make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also reaching your own career goals." Benefits: list: - 20 Days of paid time off (PTO) in your first year! Increasing to 25 Days in your second year! - 13 Paid Holidays - Comprehensive health insurance plans for you to choose what best fits your needs (Medical, Dental & Vision) - 401(k) - the Company matches 50% of the first 6% up to a maximum of 3% - Company paid benefits: basic life insurance, long-term disability, and a Lifestyle Spending Account with a benefit of up to $500 set aside for employees to spend on wellness eligible expenses! - Employee Discount and Wellness Programs - Currently providing 3 paid hours per week for exercise, volunteering or personal wellness! - Professional development opportunities including mentorship program options and ongoing coaching - New Employee Orientation (NEO) All new team members participate in NEO offered Monday - Friday both onsite and online. Day one includes in-person training at our West Seneca, NY office, where new team members are introduced to our culture, values, and the foundation of Care Coordination. Job Summary: "Manager, Employee Relations Job Summary The Manager, Employee Relations leads the organization’s employee relations and performance management functions, providing HR leadership, consultation, and business partnership to support effective people management and mitigate operational risk. Essential Functions: list of bullet points (starting with "Lead the organization’s employee relations function..." etc). Need to capture each bullet. - . Ensure we don't lose any punctuation.
We need to decide headings: maybe "About the role" for job summary, "Responsibilities" for essential functions, "Requirements" for knowledge, skills & abilities and education & experience combined? Could split into "Qualifications" for education & experience, "Skills" for knowledge, skills & abilities. But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: "Why Work For Person Centered Services?" maybe as a heading? Not in the list but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "Why Work For Person Centered Services?" is more like an intro. Could treat as
intro. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings only if content exists. We have Benefits content, so we can have
Benefits
. We have job summary (About the role). We have essential functions (Responsibilities). We have knowledge, skills & abilities (Skills) and education & experience (Qualifications). We have other duties maybe could be part of Responsibilities or a separate "Other Duties" but not in list; maybe we can incorporate into Responsibilities as additional bullet. We should not create Pay or Schedule sections because not present. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Skills, Qualifications. We need to ensure we include all substantive info. Let's craft HTML:About the role
