Manager, Employee Relations
Summary
Cook Children's Manager of Employee Relations leads the day-to-day operations of our Employee Relations team. In this role, you will provide leadership to Employee Relations Representatives responsible for supporting workplace concerns, employee relations matters, and policy guidance. Also, you will ensure employee relations issues are addressed consistently, timely, and in accordance with organizational policies, employment practices, and applicable laws.
As the Manager, you will:
- provide consultation on complex or escalated employee relations matters
- oversee case management and investigations
- support leaders in addressing workplace issues
- promote consistent employee relations practices across the organization.
