About the role

This role involves identifying issues and recommending best practices in employee relations. The Manager leads functional projects, provides training to managers, and collaborates with teams to analyze business trends. Their contributions aim to enhance employee engagement and drive process improvements within the function.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and recommend best practices for employee relations.
• Lead functional projects and programs that enhance employee engagement.
• Provide training and support to managers on employee relations policies.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their impact on employee relations.
• Contribute to process improvements within the employee relations function.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

The base pay for this role depends on location and relevant experience. The expected pay range for this role in New York City, New York is $116,500.00 - $173,250.00 annually. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.

Schedule

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
