About the role

This position involves managing and delivering business and intangible valuations across various sectors and purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance. The professional will oversee engagement scope, ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables, and manage risks. Building and maintaining client relationships, reviewing third-party appraisals, mentoring staff, and supporting business development are key responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of relevant financial advisory and valuation experience, with a strong finance or accounting background
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
• Licensed ABV or other approved credentials; ability to obtain required credentials within one year if not already possessed
• Extensive experience in valuations of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial modeling skills
• Ability to oversee multiple engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
