Role Overview

Join a dynamic valuation team as a Manager, providing expert guidance on business and intangible asset valuations across various sectors and purposes such as mergers, acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver valuations, oversee engagement scope, quality control, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, review third-party appraisals, and support business development efforts.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing performance feedback and training.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of relevant financial advisory and valuation experience with strong finance or accounting background.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; professional valuation credentials such as ABV preferred or obtainable within one year.
• Extensive experience with valuations of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial modeling skills, with proven ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship offered.
