Manager EBS Operations

About the Role

Plan, organize, direct, and control revenue, disbursements, and/or procurement operations activities for the company. This role involves managing financial processes, leading revenue and disbursement operations, and ensuring best-in-class performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition, rewards, performance management, and staff productivity.
• Develop and manage the department budget.
• Lead revenue operations, including care and custody of remittance, receivables, financial assets, banking activities, credit and collections, and cash receipts.
• Oversee disbursements or procurement operations, including requisitioning, payment processes, inventory management, and transactional sourcing/buying.
• Develop and maintain best-in-class financial processes and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, supply chain management, or related quantitative discipline.
• Five (5) years of customer contact experience with proven ability to interact with sales, legal, marketing, and customer service.
• Working knowledge of computer terms, procedures, and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of global operations, service features, collection techniques, commercial credit analysis, receivables, and accounting.
• Strong PC skills, including advanced Microsoft Access/Excel, Financial Analysis, Resource Modeling, and Risk Management.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and participate in developing and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong management, human relations, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
