About the role

Responsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Manages multiple sites and specialty programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, health care administration or other related area Required.
• Master's degree or equivalent in business, management, health care administration or other related area Preferred.
• 5 years of relevant healthcare or medical practice experience Required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role and/or role leading complex projects and initiatives.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and demonstrated ability to think strategically with a thorough understanding of strategic development Required.
• Certification: CPHON (Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse) or TCT (Transplant and Cellular Therapy Certification) Strongly Preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and other medical practice systems Preferred.

Skills

• Deep expertise in hematology and oncology.
• Pediatric oncology experience is a strong advantage.
• Track record of leadership and the ability to influence, mentor, and guide others in a clinical setting.

• This position is onsite, Monday through Friday.
