Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Doctor Recruiters, establishing clear expectations and accountability for individual and team performance.
- Drive recruiting results by evaluating pipelines, key performance indicators, market needs, and team priorities.
- Partner with operational and Talent Acquisition leadership to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning, growth, and doctor staffing needs.
- Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and candidate feedback to identify barriers, allocate resources, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build strong business partnerships through proactive communication around recruiting progress, challenges, priorities, and solutions.
- Ensure consistent recruiting practices, data accuracy, and a high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience.
- Identify development needs and provide coaching, training, and support to strengthen recruiter effectiveness and performance.
- Lead or support recruiting initiatives and process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Foster an engaged, collaborative, and accountable culture across a remote and geographically dispersed team.
- Travel as needed to support business meetings, team development, recruiting events, and other organizational priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or relevant professional experience, including demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing others.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, candidate management, and recruiting best practices.
- Proven ability to use recruiting metrics and data to evaluate performance and drive action.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop talent, recognize performance, and address performance gaps.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively lead a remote and geographically dispersed team while maintaining engagement, accountability, and communication.
- Ability to travel, including day and overnight travel, based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior recruiting or Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
- Recruiting experience within healthcare, dental, physician, provider, or another highly competitive professional recruiting environment.
- Experience leading a remote or geographically dispersed recruiting team.
- Experience partnering with operational leadership on workforce planning and recruiting strategy.
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), recruiting technology, and reporting tools.
