About the role

The Manager, DC Analytics & Optimization is responsible for driving operational excellence through advanced analytics, process optimization, and technology enablement across a high-volume distribution network. This role combines data science expertise with operational knowledge to identify opportunities that improve productivity, inventory accuracy, throughput, cost efficiency, and service performance to customers. This position partners closely with Operations, Inventory, Transportation, Engineering, and IT and leverages predictive analytics, machine learning, and process improvement methodologies to translate complex data into actionable business solutions.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution operations, logistics analytics, or operational consulting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and fulfillment processes.
• Multi-site distribution center or fulfillment network experience.
• Experience developing machine learning, optimization, simulation, or forecasting models.
• Ability to apply data science techniques in operational environments.
• Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and automation technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
• Ability to translate and communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
