Manager, Marketing Measurement & Optimization
About the role
The Manager, Marketing Measurement & Optimization will drive the measurement and investment agenda for PayPal Consumer Marketing, helping leaders understand what's working, where incremental opportunity exists, and how investment should evolve across markets, channels, products, and objectives. This role supports the Consumer model-to-decision cycle, partnering with Data Science, Finance, Media, Experimentation, and Marketing leaders to translate priorities into measurement questions, pressure-test outputs, and turn evidence into scenarios, trade-offs, and investment recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong measurement expertise with commercial judgment. Rather than building every model or routine reporting, they'll ensure the right measurement approaches fit the right questions, assess whether results are fit for use, synthesize evidence across sources, and help Consumer Marketing leadership make better investment decisions.
