About the role
AWS Developer Experience is looking for a Manager to lead a team of developer advocates. This team is responsible for how millions of developers learn, build with, and talk about AWS. You'll own the strategy for how we show up in the developer community through content, events, and engagement, and you'll be the connective tissue between what developers (and their agents!) need and what our service teams build. You'll work across marketing, product, and engineering to make sure the developer voice shapes our roadmap and that our products land with the people building on AWS every day.
Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience building developer-facing content or programs

- 5+ years of team leadership and development experience
- Track record of building and scaling developer community programs
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on developer feedback
Pay
Base salary range: $151,800.00 - $265,600.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
