Key job responsibilities

Your expertise in software development, architecture, and team dynamics will be invaluable as you define our strategy, ensuring that we deliver impactful and relevant experiences to the developer community.
In this role, you will play a vital role in facilitating product feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of AWS services. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the voice of the developer will be key to driving continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional developer experience.

AWS Developer Experience exists to make developers love building on AWS. We produce technical content, run community programs, and show up wherever developers are learning and building. We're a team of builders who ship code, write tutorials, and speak at conferences. We care about authenticity, technical credibility, and actually being useful to developers rather than talking at them.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience building developer-facing content or programs
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of team leadership and development experience
- Track record of building and scaling developer community programs
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on developer feedback
