About the role
This role will join the AWS Developer Experience organization, where our goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world, by meeting them where they are and providing the right technical education, tools, and resources to enable developer success.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive cross-team workstreams spanning DevRel, service teams, docs, and marketing, tracking commitments and removing blockers
- Translate DevRel's work into strategic narratives for senior leadership audiences
- Build and maintain the operating cadence — reporting, tracking, prioritization
- Cook with service teams on developer marketing and feedback loops
- Identify what's working and what's not across the org using data, then recommend changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Preferred: 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Preferred: Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Preferred: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
