  • Improve onboarding cycle times and conversion rates through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish your team as a key driver of customer activation and revenue acceleration within Human Interest.
  • Champion a culture of excellence and psychological safety, empowering the team to hit ambitious targets while feeling supported.

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive action in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and execute against aggressive targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for motivating teams, resolving conflict, and collaborating across departments.
  • Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios and overseeing complex projects or implementations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.
