Manager, Corporate Development
Position Overview
The Manager of Corporate Development will drive strategic growth across the nuclear sector, leading initiatives that advance the company’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative nuclear technologies and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nuclear Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic roles within the defense, nuclear or energy sector.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.

Pay
The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $86,000 and $136,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to These Considerations
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
