Manager, Corporate Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing client relationships by ensuring client’s needs are met
- Partner with Hospitality and Long Term Care clients to understand goals and objectives
- Manage client accounts by overseeing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Identify new opportunities for growth in existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and project management to ensure client needs are met
- Develop proactive sales plans based on emerging market trends
- Present KPIs to clients and senior leadership
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Acts as a role model for One Standard Behaviors
- Deliver budgeted revenue for each account at targeted margins, comprised of recurring revenue plus incremental new business
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
- 5+ years of distribution sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience, required
- 5+ years of working in textile products or healthcare & hospitality industry, preferred
- Proven ability to develop strategic business relationships
- Experience working with healthcare & hospitality clients and purchasing agents
- Ability to travel as needed
- Previous experience working in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce PM21

The Manager, Corporate Accounts is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts and providing a superior customer experience which engenders mutual trust and respect while achieving financial targets for both protecting the base business and growing incremental sales profitably.

Standard Textile operates Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
