Manager, Consulting - West

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Consulting - West to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a skilled Advisory Team focused on AI competencies and customer value
• Foster a culture of daily experimentation, encouraging insights and adaptation in delivery approaches
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM leaders to drive regional service bookings and account expansions
• Engage customers to understand their needs and evolve service offerings based on insights
• Account for team performance and fiscal health, ensuring targets are met and data accuracy is maintained
• Lead the operational transition to an AI-Native Professional Services model for strategic activities
• Translate company objectives into clear priorities that align with industry trends

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services with a focus on business pivots or disruptive technology shifts
• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams or in project management roles
• Strong client management skills and experience in pre- and post-sales environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with GTM partners like sales and customer success
• Experience in change management and AI strategies with a sound understanding of industry trends
• High emotional intelligence and demonstrated change leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,500 – $160,000 annually
