Manager, Consulting - Asset & Investment Management
About the role
Independently manage a small project or lead a workstream within a larger engagement for investment management clients. Oversee day-to-day execution, including planning, deliverable creation, timelines, and stakeholder updates. Serve as a people manager, providing guidance and feedback to consultants while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Contribute industry knowledge and insights to shape client strategies, operating models, and solutions. Partner with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for follow-on work and support business development activities. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support the implementation of operating model solutions aligned with industry best practices. Support internal practice initiatives, including knowledge sharing, community participation, and recruitment.

Consulting Experience: Within the asset and investment management industry; Strong project and workstream management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and deliverables; Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders; Demonstrated success in mentoring and supporting junior team members; Experience contributing to proposals, deliverables, and broader business development activities.

Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $135,000-$170,000, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, market conditions, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined based on individual background and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
