Consulting Manager, Strategic Asset Management

About the role

Black & Veatch seeks a Consulting Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory organization. The role will focus on delivering strategic asset management projects for clients, leveraging expertise in asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative solutions to address client's most pressing issues, such as aging infrastructure, asset investments, data management, and organizational capabilities.
• Work across various industries including water and wastewater utilities, electric utilities, gas utilities, and oil and gas industries.
• Manage technical work for projects including asset management assessments, development of Strategic Asset Management Plans, asset investment planning, and risk and resilience assessments.
• Lead client meetings and workshops, develop presentations, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Support business development activities and lead the development of scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred
• IAM Certificate in Asset Management
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment

Qualifications

• Ability to perform and manage technical work for asset management projects.
• Experience in delivering asset management solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of asset management best practices.
