Manager, Consultants & Design – Western U.S. (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with Foodservice Consultants to ensure Hoshizaki products are specified in new construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct direct outreach to K-12 Food Service Directors and University Dining Services to identify pain points and provide tailored equipment solutions (e.g., Touch-free Dispensers and Energy Star refrigeration).
- Represent Hoshizaki at major industry trade shows and conferences, including the School Nutrition Association (SNA) and NACUFS.
- Collaborate with leadership and engineering to develop "education-specific" products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial foodservice equipment sales, specifically targeting the education or institutional segment.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the consultant specification process and educational procurement cycles (bids/contracts).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills for leading "Lunch and Learn" sessions and executive-level meetings.
- Travel: Ability to travel 50% to meet with consultants and attend regional/national events.
Salary, Benefits, & Perks
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually. This role offers a competitive bonus structure with strong earning potential tied to performance. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
