Description

ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a Management Consultant, Strategic Resilience who will support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded grant projects, specifically in the energy sector. This position is 100% Remote in the United States.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience and demonstrated success managing complex multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high levels of production, meet tight deadlines, and deliver compliant, quality work products
  • 4+ years of DOE, EPA, FEMA, and/or other federal or state agency project management experience focused on infrastructure modernization, clean energy transition and/or resilience/sustainability
  • 4+ years of experience in grant writing and grant management including quality control, federal cross-cutting requirement compliance, and reporting
  • Able and willing to travel (flight and vehicle) for work as needed
  • Must have a valid current U.S. driver’s license and can successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s or higher-level degree in a related field
  • Experience in the energy sector, specifically working with utilities, Federal agencies and/or state energy offices
  • Familiarity with disaster planning, recovery, and mitigation, and using grants management systems
  • Experience managing tasks or workstreams within large, multi-million-dollar programs
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
