Essential Functions
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety as the top priority by adhering to company policies and procedures and supporting site-specific safety plans.
- Support the execution of construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, implementation, and closeout.
- Cook onsite construction activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and safety standards.
- Maintain working knowledge of equipment used in onsite construction projects, including operation and maintenance requirements.
- Aid in evaluating, recommending, and utilizing new equipment; obtain necessary certifications as required.
- Supervise field personnel and contractors to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including equipment use, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Aid in contractor bid reviews, vendor selection, and procurement activities.
- Cook project start-up activities, including resource scheduling, documentation, and permitting requirements.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and changes to the Senior Project Manager and key stakeholders.
- Aid in managing project budgets by tracking costs, identifying variances, and escalating concerns.
- Assist in facilitating project handoff to operations teams and ensure proper training and documentation is completed.
- Address vendor and contractor issues, escalating as needed to Senior Project Manager.
- Serve as a technical resource for internal stakeholders, including operations and sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to construction activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.

- Proficient in business writing, documentation, and computer applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Education & Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the technical field (engineering or construction management preferred), or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant construction or project management experience in a related industry.
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (or ability to obtain).

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 and includes benefits such as the above.
