Manager, Compensation, Global Rewards

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and HR Business Partners on compensation frameworks, programs, and pay decisions
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual performance review cycles, ensuring decisions are market-aligned and data-driven
  • Build and maintain analytical models and reporting tools to support rewards strategy and executive decision-making
  • Translate compensation and workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefit plans, vendors, and processes
  • Administer global benefits programs through external partners and brokers while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, and analytics across HR systems
  • Support ongoing process improvements and scaling initiatives within the People function

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in compensation, rewards, HR analytics, or related fields
  • Experience with compensation consulting and/or compensation analytics strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of global compensation practices, including: Base salary structures, Variable incentive programs, Equity grants and refresh strategies, Sales incentive plans
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and create meaningful insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Broad knowledge of U.S. HR principles, policies, and employee benefits; exposure to UK and/or Israel benefits programs is a plus
  • Experience with benefits administration preferred
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
