About the role

The Manager of Space Systems Employee Communications leads internal communications efforts, developing and executing strategies to engage employees and align messaging with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated communication plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
• Oversee digital and media channels
• Craft compelling narratives
• Manage a team
• Measure communication effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, including communication in classified areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or Master’s with 6+ years) in Communications or related field
• Proven success in developing communications programs
• Strong leadership and storytelling abilities
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience working with senior management
• Digital tools proficiency (preferred)
• Experience in complex organizations (preferred)
