Manager Communications

Are you a strategic communicator who thrives on connecting people to purpose? As the Senior Manager, Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping how associates experience our business while driving a communications strategy that supports our culture, business priorities, and long-term vision. In this role, you will lead the overall communications strategy for ADUSA Distribution & Transportation, with a primary focus on internal communications and complementary support for external communications. You will help bring our mission, values, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through meaningful and authentic storytelling, ensuring associates feel informed, engaged, and connected to our strategy. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to strengthen organizational reputation, foster engagement, and reinforce our commitment to Building the Future Together and Delivering Excellence Every Day.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with business priorities, organizational culture, the EVP, and the overall associate experience.
- Translate mission, vision, and strategic priorities into compelling narratives that resonate across leadership communications, associate messaging, and key business initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen and promote ADUSA Distribution & Transportation's brand across associate, candidate, community, and external audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Operations, and leadership teams to bring the EVP to life and strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead internal communications initiatives, including leadership messaging, business updates, change communications, enterprise-wide campaigns, and associate engagement programs.
- Establish and continuously improve communication channels, routines, and cadences to ensure timely, relevant, and effective communication across locations, shifts, and work environments.
