As the Senior Manager, Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping how associates experience our business while driving a communications strategy that supports our culture, business priorities, and long-term vision. In this role, you will lead the overall communications strategy for ADUSA Distribution & Transportation, with a primary focus on internal communications and complementary support for external communications. You will help bring our mission, values, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through meaningful and authentic storytelling, ensuring associates feel informed, engaged, and connected to our strategy. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to strengthen organizational reputation, foster engagement, and reinforce our commitment to Building the Future Together and Delivering Excellence Every Day.
