About the role
The Manager, Clinical Programs plays a critical leadership role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our goals of improving patient quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Coordination across strategy lanes, reporting, product, training, and change lanes to ensure a thoughtful approach to clinical execution and implementation
- Lead the development and execution of project plans, defining milestones, timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines
- Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring the evaluation of success and program impact aligns with organizational goals
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and provide regular leadership updates on project progress and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies and clinical outcomes and appropriate prioritization of initiatives
- Partner closely with field operations for proactive and ongoing feedback to ensure implementation and adoption of key clinical initiatives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of key initiatives, ensuring that tools, workflows, and support structures are in place to maintain long-term impact and efficiency
- Monitor program performance, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in program execution and outcomes
- Pilots and experiments with new clinical programs, building consensus around best practices across stakeholders, and scaling successful initiatives
- Synthesize complex data and findings, presenting insights in a clear, actionable format to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Lead the process of translating complex business challenges into strategic recommendations and cohesive, impactful stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of work experience, RN license/experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility across broad stakeholder groups

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to prioritize, evaluate, and manage workloads while identifying growth opportunities
