Manager Clinical Engineering Operations
About the role
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Responsibilities include managing department operations, assisting with goal setting, staff relations, scheduling, budget monitoring, and technology installations.
Responsibilities
- Assists with developing departmental goals and standards
- Manages staff relations including performance management, satisfaction, development, and conflict resolution
- Schedules, recruits, and manages payroll
- Maintains departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations
- Determines and justifies equipment and supply purchases, monitors usage, and oversees maintenance
- Supports special projects and business analysis
- Manages healthcare technology installations, conversions, and upgrades
- Evaluates system needs and recommends cost-effective solutions
- Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and works independently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant job experience
- 5 years of relevant experience; 1 year of leadership experience required

Pay
$39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
