Manager - Clinical Care - Remote US

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of genetic counselors and/or nurse navigators delivering patient-facing services
• Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance
• Conduct performance reviews and support hiring and onboarding activities
• Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and clinical excellence
• Provide pre- and post-test education related to MCED testing
• Ensure accurate and empathetic patient counseling across all interactions
• Oversee coordination of patient care pathways
• Ensure continuity of care and timely follow-up

Qualifications

• Clinical background as a Genetic Counselor, RN, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience
• 2-5 years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
