Job Summary

You will provide crucial leadership and operational oversight for a specialized clinical service line within our outpatient setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of all nursing and ancillary personnel assigned to the patient care/medical provisions areas of the Outpatient Clinics.
• Recruit and retain new and current employees.
• Complete and submit required employee documentation when due, including performance evaluations, re-verification of professional license, certification / registration and/or CPR, annual TB screening, and completion of annual SLM's.
• Complete and submit Departmental Orientation Checklist for every new employee within 30 days of employee's hire date or start date within department.
• Effectively manage all operational and clinical aspects of the assigned clinic(s).
• Determine the qualifications and competence of clinic personnel who provide patient care services and ensure competencies are updated as necessary.

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate and at least 3 (three) years experience as an RN in an acute care facility.
• Minimum of 2 (two) years of operations experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire.
• PREFERRED: Supervisory/Management experience, upon hire; Masters Of Nursing, upon hire.
