Manager Clinic
About the role
As our Clinic Manager, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations by overseeing patient care, staffing, scheduling, workflows, supplies, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and allocate resources to achieve operational and fiscal objectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection prevention, safety protocols, and quality assurance programs.
- Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing operational performance, implementing process improvements, resolving patient concerns, and leading clinic and system-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support strategic planning, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Required Bachelors degree in a related field and Minimum of three years leadership experience, upon hire.
- Alternatively, five years of leadership experience in the discipline that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.
- A Masters degree may also be considered, upon hire.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $47.41 - $78.23 per hour.
