Manager, Clinic
Job Summary
Manage and evaluate work activities and provide day-to-day operational direction and leadership. Conduct and review, monthly financial statements and budget preparation. Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Creates action plans that ensure the accomplishment of productivity or quality responsibilities. Maintain customer services initiative implementation, customer acquisition, and retention activities. Articulates potential positive and negative impacts on the business and community of company actions and practices. Displays respect and ethical behavior toward coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders. Oversees clinic activities for area companies and their employees, and provide guidance to make sure to be in compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals of Sanford.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Progressive healthcare experience with taking on new challenges and responsibilities moving into leadership roles.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
