Manager, Client Reporting Service Delivery

About the role

The Manager, Client Reporting Service Delivery leads the quality control, service management, and reporting intake functions for Client Reporting. This role ensures reporting deliverables are onboarded and delivered accurately, on time, within a strong control environment, and in alignment with client expectations, internal standards, and operational risk requirements. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI, or Charlotte, NC. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
