Manager, Client Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical consultants and business analysts to manage client consulting and technical projects
• Develop and manage testing protocols to ensure delivery of defect-free software and services
• Cook up and manage automated testing programs for efficiency
• Oversee the documentation and analysis of business requirements for projects
• Publish project reports and collaborate regularly with clients and management
• Provide training and phone support to clients on TAI system and reinsurance processes

Qualifications

• 8+ years overall insurance experience, specifically in life insurance and annuity accounting concepts
• 7+ years in a senior life insurance or reinsurance role
• 5+ years management experience; 10+ years preferred
• Education in computer science, actuarial science, finance, or accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and strong decision-making skills
