Client Delivery Manager
About the role
The Client Delivery Manager for the RPS Client Delivery Team supports client delivery execution, client relationship management, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for assigned clients, partnering with Operations, Client Success, vendor management companies, Cloud team members, and other service lines to manage expectations, track action items, support implementation activities, monitor client health, and escalate risks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and tailored support.
- Serve as a primary client contact and communication link between clients, Operations, Client Success, vendor management companies, Cloud team members, and other service lines.
- Manage client meeting schedules, agendas, presentation materials, meeting decks, action items, and follow-through based on project scope agreements.
- Create, deliver, and validate standard and ad hoc client-facing reports using Excel, Power BI, spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, and other data visualization tools.
- Coordinate with Operations and Client Success to gather SME input, support deck preparation, complete QA, and validate client deliverables.
- Support implementation project management activities under leadership direction and ensure client commitments are completed.
- Maintain current client-specific protocol documentation and ensure regular review with the Client Delivery Senior Associate.
- Monitor client health KPIs, communicate risks to leadership, and escalate potential client detractors to support customer success.
- Contribute to internal team initiatives, process improvements, and a positive team culture aligned with company values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 4+ years of internal or external customer service experience.
- Experience supporting client delivery, implementation, reporting, or project coordination preferred.
- Healthcare, RCM, AR, denial management, or Patient Financial Services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, data validation, and analysis.
Pay
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
