Manager, Civil/Structural

About the role

The Manager, Civil/Structural will play a critical role in overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil and structural projects within the Caturus organization. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, coordinating with external contractors, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of civil and structural projects
• Ensure adherence to all applicable codes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Experience with project cost estimation and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
