Responsibilities
- Cook up the implementation of cross-functional project components by creating detailed plans and deliverables
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans to support on-time, budget-conscious delivery
- Align internal teams and external suppliers on scope, timelines, and dependencies
- Monitor and track budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for financial accuracy
- Facilitate contracting and supplier execution by managing specifications and work orders
- Prepare executive-level status reports covering milestones, risks, and decisions
- Enhance delivery methods and documentation standards to improve repeatability and readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field
- PREFERRED: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certification (CSM or SAFe), Lean/Six Sigma, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel
