Manager Case Management RN or Social Worker (Full Time/Days)

Summary

Under the direction of the Director, the Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, and providing support to Case Managers, and Support Center Staff at Women and Babies Hospital and Duke Street within the Case Management department. Coordinates all daily activities of the case management department regarding overall clinical development, implementation and supervision of care management services to our patients and families.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• An RN or Social Worker is required for this role, with specific requirements being one of the following:
• Current RN license, issued by the PA Board of Nursing and bachelor’s degree in nursing BSN
• A related health care degree
• Master’s degree in social work MSW from an accredited school or program
• Three years of experience in acute care or health insurance environment
• Three years of experience working with physicians, staff and executive staff
• Two years of experience leading or managing others
• Certification in Case Management or must obtain within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years clinical hospital experience
• Management experience in nursing or related healthcare position
