It provides comprehensive technology solutions for over 40,000 clinics worldwide, supporting fields such as Chiropractic, Wellbeing, Vision, and Dental care. By integrating best-in-class platforms, the program aims to simplify and enhance retail healthcare practice management through tools including practice management, analytics, digital intake forms, marketing, EHRs, and payment systems. About the Opportunity:The MANAGER, BUSINESS SYSTEMS leads the Business Systems team responsible for internal technology and operational platforms that enable scalable business processes. This role drives strategic projects involving system implementations, data migrations, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business needs. The position is integral in improving internal operations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering outcomes that support the organization's efficiency and growth. Responsibilities:Lead complex business systems projects from planning through execution, including system implementations, data migrations, integrations, and platform upgrades.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to provide clear stakeholder visibility.Establish structure and accountability across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on scope, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.Maintain thorough project documentation including status reports, decisions, risks, and implementation records.Oversee vendor contributions to ensure quality, timely, and budget-compliant delivery. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years management experience focused on systems development, business systems implementations, integrations, data migrations, or platform upgrades.At least 5 years experience in systems administration or as a business systems analyst.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and vendors.
