About the Opportunity
The HR Business Partner serves as a consultative partner to leaders and employees, delivering people-focused solutions aligned with business objectives. This role supports talent development, employee engagement, inclusion, and the full employee lifecycle while partnering with specialized HR teams to advance organizational priorities and strengthen the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning and Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, and Employee Relations teams to support shared business objectives.
- Drive and support initiatives that build and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop, implement, and support HR strategies aligned with organizational people priorities.
- Serve as a consultative business partner on employee lifecycle matters and organizational needs.
- Advise and coach business unit leaders on employee relations, talent, performance, and people-related matters.
- Provide feedback, guidance, and practical HR recommendations to leaders and employees.
- Organize and facilitate the Talent Review process.
- Support effective succession planning and talent pipeline development.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver successful HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Solid experience working as a General HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR advisory role.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Passion for talent management, employee development, and career growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across HR functions and business teams.
- Motivation to continue developing professionally and expanding HR expertise.
Pay
- U.S. national base salary range of $65,100–$108,500 annually, with geographic differentials applicable.

- Illinois: $68,300–$113,900
- Chicago, Illinois: $71,600–$119,300
- Maryland: $68,300–$113,900
- New York: $71,600–$119,300
- New York City: $78,100–$130,300
- Rochester, New York: $65,100–$108,500
- Ohio: $61,800–$103,100
- New Jersey: $77,000–$123,000
