Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Implementing initiatives and projects in support of the internationalization goals of the university.
• Developing innovative, scalable solutions leveraging cross-unit collaboration, data, and technology resources.
• Providing leadership, supervision, and management of daily projects and development activities related to IT operations, decision support, and/or division key metrics.
• University data warehouse management.
• Leveraging business intelligence applications.
• Campus report delivery system management.
• Information delivery design.
• Security administration.
• User training.
• Testing and application design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of data and application experience working for a large tier post-secondary institution.
• At least 3 years of data and application experience working with student admissions and enrollment information.
• At least 3 years of data and application experience working with student aid and eligibility information.

Qualifications

The required experience must have included at least 3 years of data and application experience working for a large tier post-secondary institution; 3 years of data and application experience working with student admissions and enrollment information; and 3 years of data and application experience working with student aid and eligibility information.
