About the role
Lead business intelligence and analytics activities supporting a strategic client relationship by delivering executive reporting, performance insights, and business intelligence solutions. Partner with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across relationship management, operations, finance, compliance, product, and technology to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations that support client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead reporting and business intelligence activities supporting strategic client programs and portfolio performance.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicator reporting, and performance management reporting.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, reporting packages, and performance analysis.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Analyze operational, financial, compliance, servicing, and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain metric definitions, reporting governance, and data quality standards.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations related to business performance, operational incidents, and emerging issues.
- Partner with operations, finance, compliance, product, technology, and relationship management teams to support data-informed decisions.
- Present analytical findings, business insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, business planning, capacity analysis, and performance measurement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and enhanced self-service analytics.
- Document reporting methodologies, business logic, analytical assumptions, and governance processes.
- Influence the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Support audit, risk, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, financial analysis, consulting, or related disciplines.
- 6+ years of experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance management reporting for business stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience using SQL to analyze, interpret, and validate large datasets in support of business decisions.
- Experience analyzing operational, financial, transaction, compliance, or servicing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience presenting complex analytical findings to business leaders, executives, and client stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Skills
- Experience in payments, banking, financial technology, financial services, or card program environments.
- Experience supporting large enterprise clients or strategic partnerships.
- Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Python or similar analytical tools.
Schedule
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration essential for this position.

Pay
Salary Range: $78,000.00 - $138,000.00 (for employees in New Jersey and New York; ranges for other states may differ). Eligible associates may receive an annual incentive opportunity delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards at the Company’s discretion.
