Reporting Manager: Branch Head

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers for freight forwarding and other services.
  • Generate and implement strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
  • Create and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the freight forwarding sector.
  • Track and analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding service and support.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and following up on sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status in the system.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress against sales targets and market developments.
  • Prepare reports on sales forecasts, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services and customer satisfaction.
  • Timely collection of Payments from customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or operations is a plus.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
  • Well-developed negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word & Excel.
