MANAGER BUSINESS ANALYST - Project Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO professional to drive governance, execution, and visibility of strategic programs in a fast-growing EdTech organization. The role will partner with the CIO, senior business leaders, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure programs deliver expected business outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own PMO governance for strategic, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Drive program planning, milestones, KPIs, RAID, risks, issues, dependencies, and change management.
• Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and actionable insights to the CIO and leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, delivery commitments, and escalations.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and program financial governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable technology/product roadmaps and execution plans.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in PMO, Program Management, or Strategic Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder, analytical, financial, governance, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in technology/digital environments; EdTech, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
