Manager, Brand and Marketing
An experienced corporate branding and marketing professional who leads and supports LT’s three-person Brand and Marketing team. This role has two primary functions: leading the top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts to support program recruitment, and leading, developing, and executing aligned brand strategies across LT’s entire portfolio of facilities, programs, and services. The Manager provides direct supervision to teammates in Graphic Design, Social Media, and Multimedia, and fosters an environment that values creativity, innovation, positivity, and inspiration.
Responsibilities
- Alongside the Managing Director of Strategy and Communication, develop and implement branding strategies to ensure a cohesive, unified LT brand.
- Alongside Program Leadership, develop effective marketing recruitment campaigns to generate awareness and interest in LT, leading to enrollment in programs.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital and social media strategies that increase engagement with LT’s audiences and amplify the organization’s impact.
- Supervise the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including email, digital, and broadcast marketing.
- Manage and support a team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Contribute to the Trust’s success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of people management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and proficiency.
- Experience working in a Mac environment preferred.

Travel Requirements
Ability to travel to kīpuka and other locations, both in and out of state, as required for meetings, conferences, trainings, and events.

- Requires sitting indoors for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work weekends when needed.
This position is required to be in office a minimum of four days per week.
