Manager, Application Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Application Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide application analysis and delivery efforts that support enterprise technology operations across the organization. The manager will oversee multiple projects, ensure application quality and alignment with business requirements, and help shape modernization initiatives that improve systems performance and business value. The position also partners closely with technical teams and vendors to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards Oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects Maximize staff contributions through professional growth and development Analyze applications to ensure systems meet business specifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a computer science-related field or equivalent work experience 8 years of extensive systems analysis, design, and project management experience 3 years of management and/or leadership experience Proven technical background with relational databases and data warehousing Demonstrated ability to work effectively with vendors and negotiate contracts Benefits Remote work opportunity Limited travel to the Chattanooga office, approximately once per quarter Work standard Eastern Time business hours Opportunity to lead strategic modernization initiatives Engagement with experienced technical teams and vendors Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
