Manager Advanced Analytics and Products

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Advanced Analytics and Products to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will shape the strategy and delivery of AI and analytics solutions that improve business operations and support leadership decision-making. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, translate stakeholder priorities into an actionable roadmap, and help turn advanced data capabilities into practical products. The position also requires strong executive communication and the ability to connect technical insights to business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$121,000 – $181,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive AI, analytics, and product strategy as part of the leadership team
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including analytics engineers and data scientists
• Develop a roadmap for AI and analytics solutions to enhance business operations
• Align analytics initiatives with business stakeholder priorities to achieve impact
• Create and maintain innovative products using data and advanced analytics
• Set team priorities based on business requirements and objectives
• Effectively communicate insights and results to executive audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in building high-performing teams and developing talent
• Familiarity with financial metrics and business management domain areas
• Experience using analytics to support decision making
• Strong skills in creating executive presentation materials and storytelling with data
• Proficiency in data manipulation using SQL and experience in programming with R or Python
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) for developing analytical products
